I am currently a second-year student in Ryerson's RTA Sport Media program.

Outside of school, I write about the Florida Panthers on Fansided's The Rat Trick, managing a team of six writers. Duties include editing and posting pieces (both mine and my fellow contributors), running the site's social media accounts (Facebook and Twitter), as well as covering live games throughout the course of the season, providing fans with GIFs during the live action.

As well, I currently hold a freelance position with MLSE (Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment) as a paid shot-lister. The position entails that I work with live clips throughout live sporting events, labeling and describing them using various methods and functions, which later get posted onto sites like NHL.com and mapleleafs.com. In addition, I deal with the following MLSE properties: Maple Leafs, Marlies, Raptors, TFC, and Argonauts.

In the past, I have worked for the province of Ontario, serving as a Policy and Program Assistant for Ontario's International Trade Division by conducting research, performing analysis, summarizing information and data, and managed all assigned work effectively within deadlines.

My passions - in addition to watching, playing, and writing about sports - include spending time with friends and family, binge-watching old T.V. shows like Family Ties and All in the Family, as well as taking long walks on the beach.

By the time I graduate from my program, I hope to be working full-time in the Sports Media industry, whether that be in the field of PR and communications or marketing and live events.
