I am a great believer in failing. If you haven't failed you haven't tried. Some people, however, keep failing. That's where I come in, trying to help them understand what is wrong and how to do it right. I do this in the IT field and I try to do this in my personal life.

Whether it is embracing change, initiating change or even finding our if change is necessary, that's what I enjoy.
