Born and raised in Chicago, Brandon Taylor studies media and cinema at DePaul University [www.depaul.edu]. Since childhood, Brandon has been interested in film, television, and technology—really, anything media-related. This has led Brandon to doing multiple things such as writing screenplays, producing podcast stations and also creating his own blog website called "I'm The Plug Thursdays", which covers a variety of entertainment topics.

Furthermore, Brandon is also very passionate about music. He first discovered his interest for DJ'ing during his sophomore year at Harold Washington College. It wasn't until early 2015 when he decided to take this from being just a hobby and making it into something bigger. Since that moment, Brandon aka DJ Exec, has attended and graduated from Scratch Academy Chicago as a certified DJ and has performed at live shows such as the Urban Achievement Expo at Morgan Park Academy, No Chill Chicago and I'm The Plug annual "Under The Lights" summer concert.

With the future ahead of him, he plans on taking his career to the next level by continuing to grow in the media field and spread his passion for music all around the world.
