DJ LAZY BOY

A Canadian DJ. One of Vancouver's brightest up & coming talent, in a short period of time he's quickly developed his skills and has rocked at some of the city's largest and hottest venues and built a cult following and fan base. Lazy Boy is the official DJ for MMA fighter Gary "St. Lion" Mangat, hosting and playing various events and after parties for the fighter. Born in Calgary, Alberta - raised in Vancouver, BC, Lazy Boy's passion for music arose at a young age. The art of deejaying was always a fascination and in recent years he has pursued making his dream a reality. In a few short years he went from learning the ropes to holding residencies at Shark Club Richmond and Republic rocking full parties from beginning to end. Other clubs and bars he's been featured at in BC include Joseph Richards, Bar None, Library Square, Lamplighter, Academic, Mirage, Vogue Theatre and Echo Room. With influences from the DJ's in the Vancouver nightlife, his versatility in music makes him stand out from the rest of the bunch as he is able to transition from Hip Hop to Top 40 to Electronica and keep the party moving. From Snoop Dogg & Lil' Wayne to Rihanna & LMFAO to Tiesto & David Guetta, and genres in between, Lazy Boy has the music library and crowd reading ability to turn any party out.
