Ramiro Gabelli known professionally as Rama is a DJ, Radio Presenter, Producer, Music Curator and Selector from Argentina currently based in London. He began his music career playing with different bands and Hip-Hop collectives of the 90's Scene in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This experience led him to explore many different sounds before embracing House and Hip Hop music as a focus. Rama has since honed his sound through 25 years of research, drawing influence from 70s Soul, Funk, Disco and New York’s underground Hip Hop scene of the 1980s.

Already established as DJ Rama, he was a resident DJ at Pacha Buenos Aires for 5 years, present in more than twelve editions of Creamfields Buenos Aires, had his own Batonga and MONTAG parties for 9 years and worked in multiple prestigious clubs and festivals in the country and South America. Topping the lineups of parties in Crobar Buenos Aires, The Bow, RIO & Clubland where he opened for artists such as LCD Soundsystem, Moodyman, Diplo, Derrick Carter, Heidi, Eats Everything, DJ Tennis and many more.

He developed as a musical director in two of the most important radio stations in Argentina such as Metro 951 FM and Delta 903 FM. He also curated music for some of the most exclusive brands in Argentina, Brazil, Uruguay and the United States.

His passion for innovative sounds led him to test himself in a studio in London, where he is now currently dedicated to producing new music.

Since residing in London he has also had residencies DJ'ing at an assorted mix of venues in both Central and East London.
