DJ Shaun Platinum

After spending numerous years achieving various academic qualifications, Shaun Dabypersad decided it was time to explore his passions at a deeper level. It was through this endeavor, DJ Shaun Platinum was born. The name symbolizes Shaun's commitment to excellence, igniting his listnership and his goal of actualizing a platinum level of self.

In 2016, Shaun attended Starr broadcasting media skills where he completed both the beginner and advance certifications in DJ Science, and continues to develop himself through training and private mentorship with experienced DJ's.

Eager to hone his skills and get his feet wet, Shaun Platinum first completed his internship at Street 91.9 FM and has since gone on to perform at various venues and events:

Radio: 91.9 FM

Bars: Jay's Hot Spot, Dexstar Sports Bar and Lounge, Bonavida Bar

Corporate: FCB

Shaun Platinum is focused on building his brand and audience, with the goal of becoming one of the top DJ's in the region and one day globally.

But first, let's hope he lands a coveted spot at the up and coming Scorch Radio :) !!!!
