DJ SLIMZZ

DJ Slimzz (Salim Tannous) was born on the 8th of July in Montreal. Ever since he was a child, he played music. So it was inevitable that one day he would share his love for music to the world.

''At first, i started mixing because i wanted to modify the original version of songs for my personal use''. He also added that becoming a DJ was not part of THE PLAN. After getting acquainted with Eddie Lewis (Montreal), he decided that we wanted to go further. ''He is the reason i became a DJ and the reason i am still''.

Getting the opportunity to mix in a school gave him the will to do more. Later on, he offered his services in a club...DJ Slimzz was born.

''Why am i a DJ? The girls? No! The Money? No! I am a DJ because it is who I am, nuff said''.

He claims that the fun part is to meet new random people that loves his music.

KISS ME I'M DJ

''To become a known DJ u have to stand out from the crowd''. This statement resumes his concept : Kiss Me I'm DJ.

This concept, controverted, is a way to get the attention in public. ''I'm only promoting myself, shouldn't all DJs do that?''

A lot of people complain about the fact that Kiss Me I'm DJ is missing an A. ''I did that so that people can recognize the way its written''.

In 2010, he decided to start a partnership with Sparkz (Andy Young). 'When i found out that he had crazy party potential I said to myself that we can make the best team''. Sparkz is a young very energetic guy that loves to make people have fun. ''What can be better then a DJ and a party-starter''.

''He have the will to go far with this concept and we are hoping it will become one day international''.
