A couple of years ago, my daughter Hannah and I were both diagnosed with coeliac disease. It's been an interesting journey since then as we (and the rest of the family) have got used to how to follow a gluten-free (GF) lifestyle successfully.

One thing that we've found is that there is a lot of very useful information about GF living on the web, mainly in the form of informative and entertaining blogs by fellow coeliacs. Hopefully this blog will achieve at least one of those aims for those looking for GF experiences in the Edinburgh area (and beyond!).
