Hi! I am a pastor, trainer, teacher, preacher, writer in addition to being a husband and a father.

As a pastor, I head Bethel Assemblies of God Church in Kolathur, Chennai. By His grace, my wife Vahitha and I established it in 1991 with just 8 members. Today it has grown into a full fleged church with around 300 families and 4 branch churches not very far from the main sanctuary . Around 700 members gather every week in our 5 services.

As a trainer, I travel around the globe equipping Pastors, church leaders, lay men or the church to equip others in turn. I specialise in the subject 'Evangelism' and am known as the 'evangelism pastor' in familiar circles. My vision is that every church must become a training institution. During 2003 to 2008 I acted as a resource person and South India Coordinator for Evangelism Explosion International and we had trained around 10,000 believers from around 2800 churches in sourthern parts of India. Being a pastor cum trainer gave me an added advantage to not only research but also test the feasibility of our training material in the field. That's when a new idea culminated - Target Oriented Evangelism (TOE). Since then I have been training churches to use this strategy for not only winning souls for Chirst but also transforming them as fervent disciples in the church. Today, over 3000 believers from around 800 churches have been blessed by this ministry.

As a passionate teacher and preacher, my subjects of interest revolve around several themes under the following focus areas - Youth ministry, Children's ministry, Family Camp and short-term ministerial training, attending many such events around the globe as a guest speaker. As an avid Tamil literature enthusiast, my dream has always been to pen my thoughts. Several Tamil articles, training materials have been published.

After 24 years of His service, God has enabled us to realise the vision He had given us when we first began: to start a Short term training course in our church premises.
