Dan Kardatzke

Dan is the Chief Financial Officer of Solstice Mobile and is responsible for all operations associated with Finance, IT and Human Resources. Dan has spent the last 17 years in various management roles in the technology, services and telecommunications industries along with being an entrepreneur as the Co-Founder of SageTV which was acquired by Google in 2011. Over his career Dan has been involved in Corporate Finance, M&A, Capital Raising, Business Development and Strategic Planning & Analysis at companies such as Frankel, MarketForward and Global Capacity.
Dan received his Bachelor's Degree in Corporate Finance from the University of Illinois and currently resides in Downers Grove with his wife and two kids. He has a passion for cycling and mountain biking competing in a handful of bike races throughout the year in the Midwest.
