My name is David King. I'm the Director of Dinham Mechanical & Electrical Controls Limited (UK) and we project manage the implementation of complex control systems for buildings.

The original company started in 1997 to specifically manage the integration of the media and architectural lighting systems of the Burj Al Arab hotel in Dubai. As a solely commercial business we also undertook the same commitment for the world's largest Lexus and Toyota showroom and similarly again for IBM for their keynote building at the millennium world fair in Germany.

We now cover all aspects of buildings control systems and today that includes a sophisticated energy management package and a Category 4 security system. We cover both commercial properties and premium international residential properties.

In the UK we are accredited with the ISO9001:2008 standard and have a number of industry awards and research programmes with local universities.
