In the life of photographer Daryl Knarr, seeking, framing, and capturing exceptional life moments on camera has always been a heart-level pursuit. Daryl’s love of outdoors can be said to inspire his photographs that capture it & it's beauty; certainly this is true of all great landscape photographers. But his desire for the simpler things of life, for walking at a different pace than that set by the world, lays the foundation for his artistic integrity, and brings depth and beauty that captivates.

His sense of intrigue for aviation provides another dimension to his art. Through his extensive travels through much of Canada and Continental United States, Daryl has continued to view life with a keen eye through a lens of wonder – whether it’s following an industrious beaver making a dam or a DHC-2 landing on a glassy lake – and has tried to capture such moments in their own sense of beauty.

Daryl works as a website developer, online marketing and customer service manager for Web Geeks Marketing. His job has helped him to hone his Photoshop skills which have contributed to his skill sets for his photo-art and for his galleries. W.G.M. specializes in websites and marketing for medium sized businesses, large clubs and organizations, as well as churches and other ministries.

Daryl grew up and lives in Waterloo, ON Canada, and has been married to his best friend Susan for 30 years. They have 2 grown children, Sarah and Josh, a son-in-law Michael, and a grand daughter Sadie. His faith, family and friends have been an integral part of his life and he will be the first to state how blessed both he and Susan have been.
