I have rich professional experience of close to 20 years in Training and people development industry in India, China, Bangladesh, Japan and many other Asian countries.

I am founder of Elevating Mindz, which provides Leadership Trainings, Executive Coaching and Assessment Solutions.

I am a Certified Master Coach (CMC) from International Coaching Council (ICC), expert administrator and interpreter of Harrison Assessment Talent Solutions (HATS) tools and Whole Life Profile tool.

I am accredited facilitator on Decision Base and Cayenne modules of CELEMI.

Since 1994, I have been engaged in designing and delivers programs on Executive Coaching, Coaching Skills for Managers/Leaders, Management Excellence, Leadership, Interviewing & Selection skills, Creative Problem solving, Conflict Management, Time Management, Assertive Communication skills, Cross Cultural Understanding, Feedback and Appraisal processes, Presentation skills and many more.

I have worked with prestigious organizations like CONCHIUS Shanghai, Communication Consulting Ltd.- (Division of GP Strategies), Trace Foundation USA, Plan International, Care International and Aga Khan Foundation, BGVS and Digantar in the past.

Originally from Bikaner, Rajasthan, India I obtained my M.Phil. degree in South Asian Studies from University of Rajasthan, India, where I did my thesis work on India Pakistan relationship. I completed my Masters in Political Science from Ajmer University, India.

I support Svackshee Sansthan, Alwar and also like writing poems and interacting with people from different walks of life.
