Draze Lawliss

Draze Lawliss is a first generation college student who is a sophomore in the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Draze transferred to Texas Tech after completing one year at Texas A&M University- Commerce. Draze went to Texas A&M University- Commerce on football scholarship to play quarterback, while he was there he did not feel as if he was making the most of his academics in college so he looked into other schools. In his search for other schools he came across Energy Commerce at Texas Tech University and he felt that it was taylor made for him so that was the pulling factor for him to transfer to Texas Tech University. Draze was recently accepted into the Energy Commerce program and is on track to begin the Energy Commerce classes in the fall of 2016. Draze has already been in contact with the land man for Morning Star Partners, which is a high ranked oil company in Ft. Worth and is getting things lined up for an internship for the summer of 2015.
