Dr. David Levavi is an affluent first-generation Israeli-American dual citizen and neo-Zionist based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. He has lived and worked in a number of cities worldwide, including Las Vegas, New York, Tel Aviv, and Washington, DC. He is a retired regulatory compliance analyst and was employed in the financial, healthcare, medical device, and software industries for more than 25 years. During his career, he was instrumental in the preparation and submission of documentation for regulated products in excess of $1 billion. He earned his Doctor of Health Science from Touro University Worldwide and his Master of Science in Administration (Health Services Administration) from the University of South Dakota.
