Academic Research: Primarily, I focus on macro-financial modeling and banking issues. The intent of my research is to rigorously examine the shadow banking market -- utilizing both theoretical and empirical analysis.

Banking Regulation: I am currently participating in the FRB Quantitative Fellowship Program (QFP). The program provides experience in a variety of quantitative topics such as Stress Test modeling, calculating regulatory capital under the Advanced Approaches (Basel Capital Accords), analyzing financial institution portfolios, and model risk management and validation.
