Donna Lange Thomas

I am a learning and development project manager and performance consultant, with expertise in assessment, analysis, and evaluation. In my current role I am responsible for managing global training initiatives designed to skill internal and vendor-partner instructors, evaluators, and training managers. I have over ten years experience in learning and development and have a passion for both delivery, development, and evaluation. I have a master's degree in Learning Technology with and focus on instructional design.
