Church of Scotland Minister, Carloway, Isle of Lewis. Inducted on 25th July 2019.

Brought up on the Isle of Lewis, Duncan lived in Aberdeen from the 1970s, working in residential care of the disabled before studying Theology.
Post graduate study took him to the Hebrew University of Jerusalem to research for his MPhil dissertation which focused on the language of Jesus and composition of the Gospel of Matthew.
He subsequently tutored in Biblical Studies at the Centre For Continuing Education, Aberdeen University and founded the School of Hebraic-Christian Studies.
He graduated D.Min (Doctor of Ministry) in 2003 from Reformed Theological Seminary (RTS), USA partnering with Highland Theological College (HTC), Dingwall.
Doctoral dissertation - "The Treasure of Israel: An Interdisciplinary Resource for Instructing the Church."

Licensed and ordained in 1989, Duncan pastored the Northern Lights Church in the 90s and Bethel Mission from 2005-17, Aberdeen.
