She graduated with a post-grad certificate in corporate communications and public relations. Most recently, she worked in the Communications and Marketing Branch at the Ontario Ministry of Children and Youth Services.
As a master of social work (MSW) student, Dana focused on policy development, organizational management, strategic planning and project management. Prior to this she developed expertise in qualitative research methods and analysis while studying psychology for her undergraduate degree.
She's currently a freelance writer and work-at-home mom.
