Drew McGinnis

Drew McGinnis has been living in Central Alberta over the last 15 years in Red Deer, Lacombe and currently resides in Sylvan Lake. His real estate career began with a passion to help individuals, families and the community in meeting their goals within the housing market. Drew and his partner Chris Sereda formed Concept Realty Group and developed a team approach that strives to provide the highest level of service. Our recent success has been acknowledged by receiving the Royal LePage Diamond Award putting us in the top 3% of Real Estate agents across Canada. My ambition with clients is to maintain that personalized level of service by focusing on listening and collaborating to meet their real estate needs. In Drew’s free time he enjoys playing hockey, ice fishing, travelling with his family and scuba diving with his wife.
