Dominique McLean

Born and raised in Scotland County, North Carolina; I have grown into a dependable, trustworthy and educated young African American female. Through my elementary and middle school days I've always been quiet, kept to myself and never really dealt with people; but in the midst of that I've somehow been labeled the "mean" one, the one with the "attitude" or as they say the "rude" one, but always honest. Over the past year, after giving birth to my first born, my whole attitude and demeanor has changed. I'm still learning about this whole parenting thing, but one thing is for sure, I realize that I am no longer just living for myself.

I am a rising Senior at North Carolina Central University, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. After graduation, I plan to start my career in Charlotte, NC as a Financial Advisor. I believe that "He will never put more on me than I can bare". Without God and the support of my family, there is no way I would have made it this far.
