DMD is originally from the group POETRY -N- MOTION which came out in South Central Los Angeles in 1986, in the group at that time was D-Rock-D, DMD, and D-Easy-E. In 1987 PNM (Poetry-N-Motion) did a record with Dr. Dre called "Killer Daytons", which was a inner city hit, then PNM did another single in 1988 called "Doing Damadge" which did not include D-Rock-D but PNM added a DJ named DJ Coco, it was also a hit in the city. Then in 1993 PNM only remained as DMD and another rapper named Yahyah Abdullah joined PNM and did an album on Menus Records called "Staying Down In South Central". Now DMD is a solo artist living in Philadelphia working on a new album for 2012, bringing that lyrical style to the mic and a hip hop show to the eyes. DMD has performed on stage with many artist from the likes of, RUN DMC, PUBLIC ENEMY, BEISTIE BOYS, EPMD, ICE T, NEW EDDITION, BOBBY BROWN, AL B SURE, KING TEE, TODDY TEE, MIXMASTER SPADE, NWA, SALT-N-PEPPER, LL COOL J, DJ POO, TOO SHORT, JURRASIC 5, CAM, JOE COOLI, MC BREED, SHY, AND THE LIST COULD GO ON,DMD has also released his first solo EP "DEMANDING RESPECT" in April of 2012 and has a song on that EP called "MAINTAIN" that has a video on Youtube that has over 13,000 views.My website is www.dmdfrompnm.net
