Greetings, I’m Dino. I’m an innovation ecosystem builder who is passionate at accelerating inspired founders to scale their start-up while connecting mentors coaches and investors from around the globe. Living in Iconic Niagara Falls, ON, Canada Dino is a fan of technology, entrepreneurship, soccer, hockey, football and cycling. He is also a "give first" leader who works with and through individuals to accomplish their organizational objectives.

Dino Miele is the founder and Special Advisor of Spark Innovation Educational Centre Inc.(not-for-profit incubator) and Spark Enterprise Inc. (for-profit accelerator). Both support start-ups and founders explore ideas, build solutions, launch products, and grow businesses to reach 1 to 5 Million valuations. This innovation ecosystem is an open, dynamic, and collaborative sector agnostic innovation space for the incubation and acceleration of new and emerging start-up companies and compatible businesses focused on digital transformation technologies. Dino is also co-founder of the Niagara Falls Ryerson Innovation Hub in partnership with Ryerson University’s DMZ and the City of Niagara Falls. His new passion project is starting a Cross-Generational start-up incubator that connect 50+ experienced entrepreneurs with 50 and under ambitious entrepreneurs and match them to create amazing synergies to scale their start-up to be a silver moonshot.

Dino is a retired Chief Information Officer for the District School Board of Niagara. He has 35 years of experience in educational technology in both enterprise and educational areas where he supported the Pre-K to grade 12 ICT ecosystem in support of student achievement. He thrives on Igniting learning opportunities with digital technologies for children, youth, adults, and seniors in Niagara in all sectors of the economy. He is also involved in Girls-Learning-Code, Technovation, Women in Tech, Cyber-Senior programs as well as STEAM(STEM) LEARNING –integrating areas of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. Through STEAM, students and educators co-create and co-develop keys skills including problem solving, creativity, critical thinking, and collaboration.

Dino holds a degree in ICT technologies as well as a Master of Education. Serves as an advisor to the Niagara Ryerson Innovation Hub and Our Trajectory startup crowd funding platform. He is a member of the Forbes Business Council, CIO association of Canada, a member of Gen Global and Startup 50+.
