Dana is a highly-motivated, dedicated, and ambitious professional with a broad background in fundraising, volunteer coordination, non-profit development, coordinating projects, planning events, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. With over 8 years of event coordination, 8 years of supervisory experience as a Team Leader, 4 years of volunteer recruitment and community presentations, and 4 years of mentoring experience has equipped me for career advancement. As the Development Director at one of the nation's premier organization from 2007 to 2011, I identified and negotiated corporate, community and institutional partnerships that provided an ongoing supply of potential volunteers and financial support raising over $1.3 million. Moreover, I led all public relations and marketing efforts, resulting in coverage in the Commercial Appeal, Tri-State Defender, Channel 3 News, VIP Magazine, RSVP Magazine, Memphis Sport Magazine, FOX 13, and WMC-TV5; Nevertheless, currently at one of the largest churches in the mid-south, I am responsible for scheduling and managing over 3,000 activities, meetings, conferences, and special events ranging from 10 to 7,000 members.
