Technology Services Manager in Helsinki, Finland

I was born in Moscow but have spent most of my life living, studying, and working in the EU. Between 2007 and 2015, I had the privilege of studying at five universities across four countries, earning a BBA in International Business (2011), a B.Sc. (Econ.) in Business Management (2012), and an M.Sc. (Econ.) in Entrepreneurship (2015).

Over the years, I've explored more than 30 countries and lived for extended periods in both Europe and Southeast Asia, immersing myself in a wide range of cultures. These experiences have shaped my professional path and allowed me to collaborate with talented people across many industries. My career spans SaaS startups, outsourced software development agencies, web and mobile development companies, and retail optimization firms, with a consistent focus on business development, sales management, and service delivery management.

Most recently, I spent several years in IT Service Management at RELEX Solutions, a leading provider of retail optimization software provider, owning the delivery of multiple internal platform services across a large, complex customer base. The role spanned the full ITSM lifecycle - service ownership, incident and problem management, risk governance, and cross-functional coordination with engineering, SRE, and customer-facing teams.

A growing part of that work was applying AI to operational problems. I built automation that handled recurring service-management workflows end to end. This turned manual, error-prone, repetitive tasks into reliable, repeatable processes and freed up time for higher-value work.

Outside of work, I enjoy experimenting in the kitchen, photography (500px), collecting wine (Vivino) and LPs (Discogs), building small form factor PCs, growing plants, building terrariums, playing guitar, cycling, and investing in cryptocurrencies.

I'm currently open to new opportunities and highly mobile. If you're looking for someone who combines service-delivery rigor with a practical, automation-first approach to operations, I'd love to hear from you.
