Sprouted into the media field working as head writer and photographer for Metro Magazine in Valdosta, Georgia 2005. Attended Valdosta State University for a year studying photography, Spanish and attended Medical Spanish abroad in Costa Rica. Continued my education at Defense Information School for film production and photography through the Army and serving 8 years as a Combat Photographer and Videographer working for the Rangers, Special Forces and the 3 Star General of South Korea. I loved my time in the military, but finished my time in October and am now proudly working for Channel 12 NBC News and Lemaje Productions in Phoenix, Arizona as a jack of all trades, shooting, editing, assisting in producing the shows and producing for social digital online to include many other key areas. Since graduation from high school in 2006, I have also attended Texas State University, Tom Sperduto's lighting workshops, NPPA Multi-Media Workshops. My work has been featured in Baltimore Magazine, Metro Magazine, The Arizona Republic online, 12News.com, channel 12 Phoenix, Arizona and South Korean Newspapers. I directed a short documentary, Nutriage, which placed first in a 24 hour film festival and some of my photography has placed first in various multi-media competitions. My software capabilities include but are not limited to Decko, Brainstorm, Bright Cove, Presto, Edius, Avid linear and non-linear, Premier Pro, Lightroom, Photoshop, ENPS, Bridge, Final Cut Pro, Pro Tools, InDesign and After Effects. My equipment capabilities include but are not limited to teleprompter, green screen studio, broadcast studio, radio studio, any lighting, audio and camera video/photo including GoPro equipment and different platforms, satellite, live feed equipment, switchboards.
