David Masao Miyoshi is an experienced attorney at law in the fields of international business and finance, estate protection and planning and real estate. He is a Deans List scholar and honor graduate of the University of Southern California and holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California and an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School. He also holds a degree from the International Department of Waseda University. Mr. Miyoshi was employed at several international law firms before establishing his own firm Miyoshi International Law Office. He has consulted and negotiated a multitude of real estate acquisitions, joint venture projects and mergers in the U.S., Japan, Europe, Australia and Asia. He has also consulted on real property and technology transfer projects for clients in Asia, the Mid-East and North America. He holds numerous memberships in various professional organizations and is an honoree of 14 Who’s Who organizations.
