David is a graduate of Shepherd University with a major in Political Science and Economics, and also holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Centenary College. Upon graduating from Shepherd, David began work as District Director for the 23rd NJ Legislative District. After four years of running political campaigns and handling constituent services for local municipalities, David took over as the Executive Director of the Hackettstown Business Improvement District where he lead Hackettstown to a resurgence in business recruitment, retention, and community events. Following Hackettstown, David became the Executive Director of the Flemington Business Improvement District and actively recruited, retained, and revitalized businesses for the Borough of Flemington.

In 2011, David started DMR Consulting Solutions, a marketing and public relations firm geared specifically towards political and organizational public relations, consulting in small business growth, and development of municipal economic strategies.

In 2013, David took his economic experience and became a financial advisor. He established the downtown office for a national financial firm before moving over to an independent firm. Currently, David is a Wealth Manager with Harvest Advisers. At Harvest Advisers, David helps individuals, businesses, and organizations cultivate their financial goals and work towards helping them reach those goals.

David has been very involved in the community, and has been a board member of Young Involved Philadelphia, Society Hill Civic Association and Young Professionals Network of the Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce. Before that, he has been involved in community organizations such as President of the Hackettstown Rotary Club, and also director of a non-profit youth musical organization, the Colonial Musketeers Fife and Drum Corp.

David and his wife, Kate, reside in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with their daughter, Quinn and cocker spaniel, Finnegan.
