I'm a musition turned Baking and Pastry major. I'm a military "brat" but there is nothing really braty about me. I had to drop out of collage due to an early onset of some sort of mialgia. I would love to go back because what I was learning was something I've been thinking of since I was little, the Baking and Pastry arts. I love to make food that can make people smile because every bit of love I have for my baking goes into every last morsle on the plate. I am one of four and am the oldest fisrt to go to college . I have many flaws; chocolate, candy, reaching for things that are beyond my reach, and some times a mouth that runs away from my brain. The two younger sibligs of the family, of whom I call "the shorties". are some of the best siblings I could hope for. Yes. we have our ups and downs but we get along enough to have nice talks and help outs with home work and such. My father is army, and has just retired and has gone to Korea, Kowaite, Iraq, and is now a house dad due to the recent economy. My mother, bless her heart, has raised us going from posting to posting, base to base, some thimes not knowing if or when my father would be back from his deploiments. It was hard while he was in Iraq. She never wanted to open the door but kept watching the news hopeing that my fathers platoon or if my father was still alive.. During that time none of us wanted to hear that our father was gone, but hes back and is paying for his service every day through pain. He uses a cane though hes not even fourty and threw out his back recently. Him and I sometimes compaire the number of medications we are on and see who wins. Over we have a full family now and two of us need jobs to help with family needs my mom has a full time job now and is supporting us but my dad and I want jobs that we can use to better our life style.
