DaVon moved to New York City to join the Dance Theatre of Harlem Ensemble(DTH), and performed at the Jacobs Pillow Dance Festival that summer, in the inside/out performance series. In the winter of 2009 he began touring with DTH as a part of its “Dance for America Tour” in celebration of the 40th Anniversary. In 2009 DaVon returned to Jacobs Pillow with The Dance Theatre of Harlem Ensemble for a week long season in the Doris Duke Theatre for the 2010 Festival. In the summer of 2010 Da`Von performed with Ballet noir in the 200th Anniversary Chopin Celebration and the 2010 World Dance Gala in Kielce Poland. SInce 2011 Da’Von has continued as a member of the Dance Theatre of Harlem ensemble where he has danced roles in Balanchines Glinka Pas de trois, Chrisopher Huggin’s In the Mirror Of her mind and Contested Space by Donald Byrd in the Ensmebles Joyce season as well as Robert Garlands New bach and “Return”.Da' Von was just named one of Dance Magazines Top 25 to watch in 2014. Most recently Da' Von can seen in a music video by artist Estelle video 'Conqueror' and a new Web series called 'For the Love of Dance'

As a choreographer Da' Von is currently working on a new ballet for the Dance Theatre of Harlem Lecture demonstration series which tours throughout the U.S into dicing countless students to the world of ballet. He has been commissioned by Periapsis Music and Dance and has choreographer works for The Thelma Hill performing Arts Center in Brooklyn and a collaborative project with The CUNY graduate program of Music.
