I am the Founder and President of Allen Partners, Inc., a Recruiting and Consulting Company.

I started my career in my family’s Staffing business. After helping to sell the business, I was recruited to join a Startup Technology Search firm in Silicon Valley.

I have always been an entrepreneurial spirit so I started Allen Partner’s in 2003. Allen Partners works with clients to provide Leadership Coaching, Talent Management and to deliver strategic talent acquisition services in the Finance, Accounting and Technology specialties.

I grew up in the Pacific Northwest, and spend most of my time golfing with my husband wherever it’s sunny, or beachcombing with our dogs on Whidbey Island.
