Doc Doom

Why DocDoom NW? It is a personality I gained while battling my #PTSD . Doc Doom is me being my own insightful Doctor into the gloomy, anxiety filled, depression oriented feelings and affects of my struggle with #PTSD. NW stands for Northwest, as in the Pacific Northwest which is where I currently live and reside. I grew up here, in the great Evergreen State, the beloved Washington. The real Washington, not the worthless hill in DC.

I am a father to four beautiful girls. I am the husband to an amazing, understanding, extremely patient wife that not even our lord above would deserve. Her beauty keeps me calm.

I am an avid chess player, historical reader, political follower, I sway on the conservative side of politics most times.

I am a Pittsburgh Steelers fan to no end, living in Seahawk territory. I am blessed to love a team with such history and work ethic. Win or lose, the Steelers are always a dominant factor in the NFL.

I am an optimist normally, unless I have a bad #PTSD filled day.

I am a OIF/OEF Combat Vetern of the United States Army, I served this wonderful country for 10 years.
