Dr. Efrain Gonzalez , MD is the founder and medical director of Advanced medical spa. Dr. Gonzalez is a fellow member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery as well as a Fellow of the American College of Surgery and the American Academy of Gynecologist.

Dr. Gonzalez has been named one of "American best physicians" two years in a row (2005-2006) and (2006-2007). He also received an award for excellence in cosmetic medical education. Dr Gonzalez was selected as "One of California Favorite Physicians" in 2010 by his patients. He has 15 years of surgical experience and is a board certified physician. He has been performing breast augmentation, breast reduction,tummy tucks,vaginal rejuvenations, mommy makeovers and more.
