Dochtor Kennedy

As a trustworthy, legal management professional, Dochtor Kennedy became the president of AdvisorLaw, LLC, headquartered in Broomfield, Colorado. With his partners and other company members, Kennedy provides strategic direction for his legal team while they handle the Customer Dispute Expungement and Termination Disclosure Representation for beleaguered FINRA licensed professionals. His background and knowledge in finance and business allow him to devise effective solutions clients can rely on. Kennedy earned his MBA in Finance from the Keller Graduate School of Management and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. In 2013, Kennedy founded First Light Financial, LLC where the company composed fully-documented claims requesting grants of expungement on behalf of the firm’s focused client base. He believed that anyone’s practice and family is equally entitled to the same capital assurance as anyone else in the U.S. Kennedy then moved on to Managing Attorney at AdvisorLoans and gave regulatory solutions for financial advisors who had Federal or State tax liens filed against them. He also represented clients through the Rule 2080 process to have baseless or invalid customer disputes expunged from their record. A year later, Kennedy founded AdvisorLaw, LLC where he specialized in the FINRA Rule 2080 expungement.

When he’s not managing a client’s expungement case, Kennedy can be found spending time with his wife, JaYoung, and their two dogs in Arvada, Colorado. He enjoys exercising and going on adventures with JaYoung.
