Doc Rotten has been a horror fan all his life ever since catching all the Universal Horror films on late night television as a child. A huge fan of monsters, giant creatures, ghosts, slashers and more, Doc Rotten began writing reviews over four years ago for his blog and then DocRotten.com. In the summer of 2010, he began writing theatrical reviews for Widescreen Warrior and DVD reviews (and later Theatrical Reviews) for HorrorNews.Net. Doc is a big fan of 3D, Haunted House films and Cinema Verite or Found-Footage films. Some of his favorite films are Jaws, The Car, Hammer Films and the Universal Monsters. Any film released in the 70′s has a special place. Recent films that have caught the Doc’s eye are Cloverfield, Dead Snow, Paranormal Activity, Insidious, The Conjuring, You’re Next and Rare Exports.
