I am a Doctoral Student at the University of Phoenix. I am going to receive a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership and expected graduating date is March 2014. Looking for teaching position at a community college &/or 4-year college, public speaker, and creating my own business.

Since my brother, William "Poncho" Thompson, was murdered, I want to create an organization that can help people, bring awareness to violence, motivate communities to get involved along with other positive projects.
