Mariam Malik

Hey, I’m Mariam. I’m an NHS GP and Lifestyle Medicine Doctor in the West Midlands.

I am a champion for Walk With A Doc, leading nature walks in my local area and delivering free health education.

I am also a Medical Educator and public speaker, delivering sessions on lifestyle medicine and health conditions to both healthcare professionals and to members of the public.

As a trained Physical Activity Clinical Champion, I am a huge fan of staying physically active through running, hiking and weight training. I am a long distance runner (marathons and half marathons).
