Dr Pankaj Singh

Dr. Pankaj Singh received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry and completed his residency and fellowship in Dental/Oral Surgery and Dental/Oral Implantology at Brookdale Hospital Medical Center in NY. He received an advanced certificate in IV anesthesia from Montifiore Hospital and Albert Einstein School of Medicine. He is an attending and research scientist in the Department of Dental Medicine and Oral Surgery at LIJ/NS University Hospital in Long Island, NY, as well as an Associate Professor in the International Dental Program Department at NYU College of Dentistry.

Dr. Singh is dual board certified and a Diplomate of the American Board of Implantology and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Oral Implantology. He authored the best selling textbook on Implant Dentistry, "Atlas of Oral Implantology 3rd ed." (Mosby-Elsevier 2009) and is an editor of "Journal of Oral Implantology" and is also a board examiner for the American Board of Oral Implantology. He publishes extensively in various journals and lectures nationally and internationally on implant dentistry, restorative dentistry, dental sleep medicine and facial aesthetics (Botox and dermal fillers).

Dr. Singh is the Dental Director of Arch Dental Associates and Le Visage Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry with offices in Manhattan, Huntington and Garden City, NY. He has been in private practice for over 15 years, specializing in implants, sedation, restorative, cosmetic dentistry and dental sleep medicine. He has designed and developed an oral appliance for the treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea and Snoring, and was the first to document and show radiologically the improvement in airway volume using his customized oral appliance for the treatment of sleep apnea and snoring. Dr. Singh has developed the surgical instruments and protocols for advanced and improved ways to perform implant surgery that will be introduced worldwide to dental professionals in 2011.

He has been profiled in several national magazines, television news, and radio programs as a leader and pioneer in his field. Dr. Singh was recognized as a "Pioneer in Medicine" in 2004 by Biz India, an international business publication, and is the only dentist to have ever been featured on the cover of their annual medical issue.
