Joanne Dolan

A fit, vibrant, hot-blooded and passionate HR Specialist with an open and flexible outlook and a Martin Luther King viewpoint ‘I have a dream’ to maximise the desire in people to hit the ground running or find the middle ground using my mind over matter mediation and negotiating modus operandi. I am passionate about people engagement and help those to unleash their capabilities to create a positive, forward thinking and eclectic working environment. I focus on looking at the bigger picture, by accumulating integrity and mentoring people into wanting to make a constructive impact and advancement to the organisation’s game plan!

I’m a northerner who has travelled south with many adventures conquered. My other passion is travel. I have just returned from a four month ‘trip of a lifetime’ travelling through Borneo, Malaysia and Indonesia. I love photography and the wildlife experiences in South East Asia were wild! I met some fun, fantasizing and fabulous ‘free thinking’ travellers’ en-route too! On the other hand, back on ‘mother earth’, I enjoy walking my pooches and going to ‘hot’ yoga regularly to keep the mind and body fit.

I believe in working and playing hard and motivating/developing further cultural changes which in turn challenges the traditional HR processes, adding enthusiasm and excitement both of which contribute to using those great creative inspirations to sustain great results!
