In one sentence searching, studying and analysing “Behavioral Insights” have been my passion. Behavioral insights precisely mean the insights to ‘deep psychological patterns of human mind’ that design our behaviour. Each individual’s unique behaviour is the product of five percent conscious mind and almost ninety five percent subconscious mind. This subconscious part is also constructed by deep rooted norms and values in our society, called as social-psyche. Just like each individual has unique psychological patterns, each society has its own unique patterns of social-psyche and, undoubtedly, they both influence each other.

Finding out these hidden forces and developing techniques to use them to influence social change for a better and more synchronized society constitute my interest and goal in life.

The method to do so is based on trials and testing. We compare the end results of both earlier policy/scheme and the new modified one visualized through the glass of behavioural insight perspective.

My Non-Government Organisation (INDIAN INITIATIVE ON BEHAVIORAL INSIGHTS RESEARCH) also works in searching and helping creative individuals who, due to financial and other problems, are not able to live upto their creative endevours. These people with repressed creativity, after cure and enough confidence building, can do wonders in their fields.

Personal Interests Beside all that, some of my interests include poetry and song writing, sketching (one can be seen on display), singing, reading, yoga and meditaion.
