I am currently a Manager Director at Think Thanks, where I am responsible for building strategic alliances at a local and international level.

I am also an advisor , coach and speaker passionate about Women´s empowerment and DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging) working towards an Equal World!

I specialize in promoting women's leadership.

I am the Founder & CEO of "DEI Hub Latam'', a consultancy firm whose purpose is to build diverse, inclusive, equal, and sustainable workspaces, with a special focus on women's empowerment.

I am a Regional Leader and a former Member of the "Lean In" Advisory Board (Palo Alto, California), International Women's Foundation focused on supporting women to achieve their ambitions and work towards an equal world (and present in more than 180 countries).

I am also the Founder and general Director of "Lean In Argentina Network", which focuses on supporting women in their personal and professional leadership and has more than 5,000 members and more than 45 women circles.

I have over 25 years of work experience for different industries and sectors such as multinational companies, governments, universities and non-profit organizations, in Argentina and abroad. Most of my positions were related to Client Relationship Management and Partnership Alliances which involved complex projects across various countries and cultures.

I have broad experience in the Leadership of Women Networks, Multicultural Teams and Regional Alliances.

I am easy going, eternally optimistic and living every day doing my best effort to align my purpose, values and goals in life! Always looking for new challenges and ways to keep on learning!

I currently live in Buenos Aires, Argentina and I have three citizenships: Brazilian, where I was born; Argentinean, where I was raised and Canadian, where I lived and worked for 5 years. I speak three languages, Spanish (native), English and Portuguese (bilingual).
