I have been a chef for a little more then ten years of my life. I spend about 15 hours a day studying new techniques and reigns of food. culinary has always been a passion of mine. something about people visiting my restaurant and asking me to WOW! them with something new just always keeps me striving. when I am not at work I try and get my family into knowing there food as well. trying to start my own garden with them, giving them a connection with what they eat. showing them why I do what I do and what it means for that matter. Its baffling to me how many people have not the slightest idea of where there food comes from or even where its farmed.
