Lois Ann Dombowsky

Lois hails from Prince Albert, SK but had some time away to Europe, Manitoba and then Alberta. No, Prince Albert is not where she saw herself beginning again, but as life has it she is here with 5 of her 7 children and loving the adventure it has brought.

A college degree in accounting worked great as a mother of 1 but soon there was the challenge of 2,3 4,5,6,7 children (lets not forget the dogs, ferret, budgies and hamster). Night jobs allowed her to have her family life and to volunteer at the schools her children attended. As luck would have it, the Alberta Hospital Brain Injury Unit approached her and her children and dog to become employees. From that 5 year experience she grew not only as a person but as a mother and caregiver, with a greater understanding of what just being me means.

Love does go a long way, or so it seems. As an EA in Hobbema, Alberta her life was grand however, changes in administration eliminated her position and she had to make a life changing decision. No family, no support she moved to Prince Albert and with her energy and very outgoing personality she landed an amazing career opportunity at Wesmor Daycare. The Director seeing the drive and imagination asked Lois if she would like to go to school and there you have it history and what her decision to attend Credenda Online College is a mystery, but just ask her and watch her as she enjoys every day as a gift.
