Mr. Dominguez is a consulting ecologist with over 25 years of experience in salmon ecology, watershed assessment, stream restoration, freshwater, estuarine, and marine ecology, regulatory permitting and compliance, natural resource management, education and outreach, and project and program development and management. Mr. Dominguez specializes in understanding effective riverine and floodplain processes and restoration techniques that is built on a solid knowledge of salmon life history diversity, fluvial geomorphologic concepts, riparian-aquatic interactions, floodplain ecology, limiting factors identification, and understanding the effects of land use on aquatic environments.

A returned Peace Corps volunteer (Liberia 1987-1990), Mr. Dominguez has also founded a non-profit organization - Ecologists Without Borders™ (EcoWB) - www.ecowb.org. Since the late 1990s and after trips to Eastern Europe and West Africa over the past decade, Mr. Dominguez had been formulating an organization that is able to deploy technical experts in all fields of ecological restoration to developing nations. Could a Peace Corps for seasoned professionals be developed? EcoWB is an organization of people that provide the same high level of science and observation to other nations and communities worldwide that could be achieved by professional ecologists or other technical disciplines. In 2010, Larry was joined by co-founders Eric Knudsen and Cleve Steward to formalize the organization's founding in 2011.
