A longtime resident of San Carlos, California, Dominic Foti has served for three years as a project manager and operations manager for Blacktop Paving, Inc., in the nearby town of Redwood City. In addition to managing a team of more than five crew members, Dominic Foti performs a variety of business administration functions that range from contacting potential customers and placing bids to securing equipment deals and directing payroll operations. He has spearheaded private and public works projects for major clients such as the University of California at Merced, the San Bernardino Courthouse, the Newport Beach Civic Center, and John Muir National Park.

Since joining the Blacktop Paving team in 2013, Mr. Foti has developed an online marketing presence to help generate new customer leads in and around the San Carlos area. He has also secured a number of projects that utilized natural pavement, a relatively recent paving product that has generated millions of dollars in new revenue. Outside of work, he enjoys sports and outdoors activities, especially baseball, skimboarding, and snowboarding; he and his family own a cabin in Lake Tahoe at which they occasionally ski and snowboard.
