Dominick Prevete has extensive experience Residential & Commercial Real Estate. He began his career over 31 years ago as a successful real estate salesperson and immediately developed a strong passion for the the real estate industry.

As founder and originator of Blue Sky Capital Advisors, I provide capital to real estate investors everyday. We are a nationwide commercial mortgage advisory firm.

I’m proud to let you know that at 50 years old, I’ve accumulated 30 years of real estate experience. I’ve participated in every phase of the real estate cycle from the early 90’s to the present day.

I consider myself to be extremely fortunate to have been coached, mentored & to have worked alongside some really amazing people in my career. I’ve learned from so many generous colleagues and for that, I’m deeply grateful.

My first role was as a high performing real estate salesperson & broker. I’ve built & managed top performing real estate offices and went on to manage a top performing region of real estate offices generating over $2 billion in annual sales volume and over $60 million in annual revenues. The business I led consisted of thousands of agents, dozens of managers, loan officers and title salespeople. Along with my teams, we facilitated tens of thousands of real estate transactions.

I have forged relationships with 100+ commercial banks nationwide and have affiliate agreements with dozens of institutional private lenders. Blue Sky’s client base is diverse and consists of first time real estate investors, small business owners and seasoned real estate investors - all looking for access to capital for real estate transactions.
