I'm the Founder & CEO of National Loan Provider and the founder of Blue Sky Capital Advisors. For 31 years I've helped real estate investors get deals financed — arranging and structuring the transactions banks make too slow, too rigid, or too dependent on tax returns to close.

I'm not a lender. I place deals with the lender most likely to fund them, from a network of 100+ built over three decades. That network is the entire point: when you bring me a deal, it goes to the institution most likely to say yes — not whichever single program one bank happens to offer.

I began my career over 31 years ago as a real estate salesperson and broker, and I've worked through every phase of the cycle from the early '90s to today. I built and managed top-performing real estate offices, then led a region generating over $2 billion in annual sales volume and more than $60 million in annual revenues — thousands of agents, dozens of managers, loan officers and title salespeople. Along with my teams, we facilitated tens of thousands of real estate transactions.

I've since forged relationships with 100+ commercial banks nationwide and hold affiliate agreements with dozens of institutional private lenders. My clients range from first-time investors to small business owners to seasoned operators — all looking for access to capital for real estate transactions.
