Hello, my name is Dominique Angelica Evans. I was born on July 12th, 1995 in Gainesville, Georgia. I have lived in Georgia my entire life, but I have lived in three parts of Georgia: Dahlonega, Gainesville, and Flowery Branch. I’ve cheered since I was five, but that ended when I came to college. From age seven to thirteen, I did gymnastics.
I graduated from Gainesville High School, home of the Red Elephants. I cheered all 4 years and graduated in May 2013. I currently attend Valdosta State University, and I am majoring in Early Childhood/Special Education.
Without my family, I would not be where I am today. My family constantly pushes me and supports in everything that I do.
Feed your faith and let your fears starve to death. You should always let your faith be bigger than your fears. Without faith, nothing is possible. Faith is also being able to risk failure. In all that I do, I believe that God is with me, so I will not fail.
I plan to graduate college with a Early Childhood/Special Education degree in 2017.
I haven’t really decided where I want to do graduate school, but I want to go somewhere out of the state.
I also plan to start traveling the world.
I know the road will be rough, but I will trust my journey. I am excited to start teaching.
