I’m an independent creative director and designer based in Napa, California, with more than 30 years of experience helping brands tell better stories through strategic and thoughtful design.
My background spans branding, packaging, advertising, websites, illustration, and creative direction — with a deep appreciation for typography, visual systems, print craft, and thoughtful execution. I founded and lead Plumbline Creative from 1999-2024 and spent over two decades building brands and campaigns for clients across wine, hospitality, healthcare, nonprofit, and consumer industries.
I’m especially interested in the intersection of traditional design craft and emerging creative technologies, including motion, automation, and AI-assisted workflows.
Best known as the creator of the BottleRock Napa Valley brand.
