A professional communicator, I collaborate with executives to promote objectives and engage employees by contributing clear, convincing messaging that aligns the workforce with the corporate strategy.

During the past six-plus years, I have publicized IT initiatives in the healthcare field. Most recently at CDC, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, I contributed writing and editing assignments remotely for projects with public-facing websites for the Division of Global Migration Health and the Division of Laboratory Systems.

Previously, I served as change and engagement specialist for the IT organization at Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health, an academic medical institution with 18 hospitals. Other roles include the Johnson & Johnson, SAP, BAE Systems, and Metropolitan Transportation Authority in NYC. Earlier, I had worked as a contractor at FAA headquarters in Washington, DC, and at the William J. Hughes Technical Center in Atlantic City, NJ.

Before entering corporate communications, I enjoyed a high-octane run shaping television news as producer and senior writer at the NBC network-owned and -operated TV station in Philadelphia.

Fellow alum George R.R. Martin, author of Game of Thrones, called Northwestern the "finest journalism school in the United States," claiming his Medill experience "helped shape my writing... It changed who I was." That's About.Me, too!
