Professionally, I'm currently exploring new options as a regional restaurant manager recently relocated from the Midwest to southern USA*.

Twenty years as a Director of Operations for 50 year+ family owned multi-chain seafood establishment

Fourteen years experience as a General Manager managing day-to-day operations with focus on delivering a great customer experience; directing and supporting managers and hourly team members and managing all profit and loss centers

Experience managing operations between $3.5 million to $7 million annually

Corporate Management and Staff Training Instructor

Personally, I'm studying to become a Sommelier and consider myself to be a wine geek (that wishes to get out to more tastings). I have interests in most aspects concerning wine.

I love Mozart's symphonies, Formula One racing, football (Packers fan), and exploring life - wherever the road leads.
